Baptiste Yoga 40 Days to Personal Revolution Programme

Be a YES – join Pip on a journey of self-discovery, inquiry and transformation both on and off your mat!

Pip will be hosting another Baptiste Yoga 40 days to Personal Revolution programme online and in person starting Monday 17th January 2022. This is a unique opportunity to participate in a life changing programme with other yogis including daily yoga practices, meditations and online group breakout sessions for inquiry work and support.

So what’s involved…?

Yoga, meditation, healthy eating and personal inquiry. You’ll create a regular, daily Yoga and meditation practice starting with just 20 minutes of yoga and 5 mins of meditation a day. They’ll be journaling and inquiry every week and a chance to take a deeper look at your life from where you are right now to what’s next! We’ll look at diet, lifestyle and where we can create vitality, strength and opportunity through the transformational process of Yoga.

When does it start and how much does it cost…?

Monday 17th January to 25th February!

Options:

Studio & Zoom (LIvestream) – includes 2 Studio Power classes per week, 6 Zoom Power classes per week, 1 Studio/Zoom inquiry session per week, weekly meditations as well as ‘catch up’ recordings of all sessions. £150
Zoom (LIvestream) only – includes 6 Zoom Power classes per week, 1 Zoom inquiry session per week, weekly meditations and ‘catch up’ recordings of all sessions. £100
Both options include 35 full Power classes (60 – 90 minutes), 6 breakout sessions (45 minutes) and over 20 meditations (5 – 30 minutes).

What do I need to do…?

  • SIGN UP BELOW!
  • Purchase – 40 Days to Personal Revolution by Baron Baptiste (essential to accompany the programme). Can be purchased on Amazon for the start of the programme.
  • COMMIT 100% to the programme and to yourself. Practice Yoga 6 days per week and meditation daily, show up for the Studio/Zoom (Livestream) inquiry meetings once a week and be open to listening and contributing, keep a journal of your insights along the way. they will be available to access as recordings but you’ll get more out of the sessions live.
What do I need to know…?
  • Time of Power Classes – Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Zoom (Livestream) classes @ 7 am (moving to 6.45/6.30 am for the 75 and 90 minute classes week 5 and 6), Studio/Zoom (Livestream) classes Tuesday @ 7.30 pm and Saturday @ 8.30 am.
  • Weekly Inquiry Session – Tuesday @ 7 pm (45 minutes) in the Studio/Zoom (Livestream). This session is best attended live!
  • Can’t make the time of the Live classes or you miss a class? No problem. ALL sessions are recorded so you can practice, catch up at a time that works for you. You just need to commit to practice 6 days per week – the days you choose are up to you!
  • Daily meditation practice throughout the programme – just 5 minutes to begin with. You’ll have access to 2 recorded meditations per week to help you.
  • Journalling – daily is encouraged and can be as little as just a few words. There will be weekly themes and guidance. Your journal is a great way to track your insights, challenges, thoughts and growth. Fun to look back over week by week – you’ll be amazed at how far you’ve come!
How will Pippa’s Yoga support me…?
Pip will be doing the programme too! She will be practicing every day and offering you the opportunity to join her live via Zoom 6 days a week and in person for the Tuesday and Saturday Power Classes if you wish. You’ll receive lots of support via the special 40 Days WhatApp group too.

Looking for the perfect way to wind down at the end of your week? Join Pippa for an evening of rest and relaxation at the Boho Farmhouse.

Enjoy a candlelit Yoga class by the fire, followed by a glass of fizz and refreshments in the beautiful Oast House, topped off with full access to the Spa, including a sauna and hot tub!

Community Classes Week

I am very aware that the cost of everything has gone up and many of us (myself included) are feeling the pinch. I have tried to keep the cost of classes affordable and have not increased my prices since Covid but for many this is still too expensive. Therefore I am going to be opening up the Studio for a week of Community Classes 27th November –  2nd December. ALL classes will be donations only. I will have an honesty box available for you to donate at your discretion (change available!).

Please share, invite friends, family and loved ones. Children over the age of 10 are also very welcome to join us if they like!

I would like these classes to be an opportunity to bring our community together.  Hopefully a few familiar faces will join, along with some new ones too. EVERYONE is welcome.

Christmas Charity Yoga Class

Finally…it’s been 4 years since I last ran an ‘in person’ Christmas Charity Class and I’m so excited for this event. It’s a Power Yoga class with a difference. EVERYONE is invited, including little Yogis (no age limit, so babies too!). We’ll move and groove to Christmas songs old and new.  Christmas hats and festive leggings optional but encouraged.

It’s a great way to shake off the winter blues and get into the Christmas spirit whilst raising funds for a much needed, local cause.

Join us for mulled wine or a nice cuppa, mince pies and other delicious goodies after. Lets finish 2023 on a high!

This year I have chosen Friends for Families Sevenoaks. A small charity working in the Sevenoaks area to help families facing financial hardship. They provide direct, practical assistance to people who have been identified by Children’s Services as needing help which can’t be provided by central or local government.

ALL money raised will go to Friends for Families Sevenoaks. Please note bookings are non refundable as this is a charity event. Additional donations are VERY welcome on the day.

Power Basics Workshop

A must for all Power Yogis from beginners to regulars. Build your practice on firm foundations.

Learn the foundations of Baptiste Power Yoga in this informative, insightful, and fun workshop. If you are new to yoga practice, this workshop is a must and gives you the skills and confidence to really enjoy regular classes. If you are a yogi with regular or occasional practice, it is a great opportunity to refresh your practice and gain new tools.

Expect to breathe, move, sweat, and have lots of ah-hah moments!

OBJECTIVES
– Learn how to build physical asana practice literally from the ground up, establishing a strong foundation for your yoga practice for years to come.
– Learn about alignment and actions in key poses in a way that enables powerful and injury-free practice
– Put in practice new ways of approaching poses and the whole practice – access new levels of power.

CONTENT HIGHLIGHTS
We cover principles that enhance your yoga experience on and off the mat:
True North: simple distinctions for safe and effective alignment for everybody, including modifications
The Five Pillars: from breath to gaze, pillars are the foundation for a powerful practice

Yoga Core Restore Workshop for Women

This short workshop will show you how to use yoga effectively to help regain abdominal, back, and pelvic floor strength and stability.

Suitable for all women from those who’ve had a baby to those who have had pelvic floor surgery or those who want to regain connection and confidence with their core and pelvic floor.

You can expect:

  • An overview of the pelvic floor, abdominals and back and how these areas are all interlinked.
  • How to identify what YOUR body needs.
  • Learn a sequence of core restore yoga postures that you can take away and use safely at home.
  • Explore the use of breath and the mind-body connection to strengthening, recovery and self-care.
  • How to modify for specific needs (diastasis recti, caesarean, back, pelvic floor issues).

The group will be small, allowing time for individual support and guidance where needed.

Summer Yoga Day Retreat

Join us for a beautiful restorative day of yoga, meditation, and self-care.

A chance to slow down and take some well-deserved time for yourself and reconnect with nature.

Set in the stunning Kent countryside they’ll be opportunities to enjoy

  • walking in the secluded grounds,
  • meditation in the woodland,
  • enjoy the sauna,
  • take a dip in the hot tub or heated outdoor pool,
  • and lots of Yoga of course!

The theme is Summer and its associated element of Fire – connection, joy, warmth, and openness.

We have a delicious vegetarian menu and healthy snacks to nourish and replenish you during the day.

Becki will also be joining us again offering mini holistic reflexology or massage sessions throughout the day (at an additional cost).

The aim of our retreat is to hold space for you to feel relaxed, nurtured, and pampered for the day.

Yin & Yang Workshop with Virginie & Pip

Balance your body with this holistic practice combining the benefits of an uplifting Yang sequence with the calming and restorative benefits of Yin Yoga. Virginie and Pip are both 500 hour Yoga Teachers with qualifications in Power Vinyasa and Yin Yoga styles. Pip is also a qualified pre and postnatal Yoga teacher and can offer modifications for those who are pregnant or have recently had a baby. Suitable for all levels.

Postnatal Yoga Core Restore Workshop

This short workshop will show you how to use yoga safely and effectively during the postnatal period to help regain abdominal, back, and pelvic floor strength and stability. Suitable for all mums (including post-cesarean) from 6 weeks onwards*.

What to expect

  • Brief overview of the postnatal body and how to identify what your body needs.
  • Learn a sequence of core restore yoga postures that you can take away and use safely at home.
  • Explore the use of breath to aid postnatal recovery.
  • Checklist of do’s & don’ts.
  • How to modify for specific needs (diastasis recti, caesarean, back, pelvic floor issues).

The group will be small, allowing time for individual support and guidance where needed.

Postnatal Yoga Core Restore Workshop
