I’VE NEVER DONE YOGA BEFORE/CAN ANYONE DO YOGA?
Great! New yogis are always welcome. Yoga is non-competitive, listen to your body and be mindful as you practice. If something doesn’t feel right, don’t do it and if you need to take a breather, do.

Yes, anyone can do yoga, it’s about finding the right class and style of yoga to suit you. If you’re unsure in medical grounds, speak to your GP or medical professional for advice.

I’M NOT VERY FLEXIBLE
The good news is you don’t need to be flexible to do yoga. We encourage you to ‘give it a go’, to be open to try new things, let go of what you think you can’t do and see what happens in the moment. If your mind is flexible, your body will soon follow.
WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR/BRING WITH ME?

Wear something that you can move easily and comfortably in – leggings or shorts and a t-shirt are ideal. We encourage you to bring your own mat (blocks & belts are optional but helpful). However, if you do not have a mat, you are welcome to borrow one of ours. All we ask is that you use the sanatiser provided to wipe down any equipment borrowed at the end of the class.  A small towel or yoga towel, for Power Yoga is useful and a bottle of water.

I’M PREGNANT/HAVE JUST HAD A BABY CAN I DO YOGA?
Yes! There are specific classes for pregnant yogis and postnatal classes for mums and babies. If you are an experienced yogi and already have a strong practice, please speak to Pippa about continuing or starting in the other classes.
I’M A STUDENT, DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNT?
Yes, if you’re in full time education please contact us directly for more information. You may also be interested in joining us for our charity yoga classes – Power in the Park every summer and occasional seasonal specials. Check the Events page for up to date information.
DO I NEED TO BOOK OR CAN I DROP-IN?
Unfortunately we do not offer a drop-in option. However, if you’re unsure of your schedule, you can book right up to the start of a class!
HOW DO CLASS PASSES WORK?

Class passes save you money on your regular classes and are great for occasional yogis. We offer a 5, 10 or 20 Class Pass option. Passes are valid between 3 – 5 months from date of purchase.  Please check you will be able to use your Pass within the valid period as unfortunately these cannot be extended. Just remember you still need to book your classes!

If you purchase a class pass during pregnancy and baby arrives before you’ve used all your classes, your pass can be extended up to baby’s 1st birthday.

Please note, Class Passes are non refundable but may be gifted to a friend.
