40 Days of Yoga

Baptiste Yoga 40 Days to Personal Revolution Programme.

 

Be a YES – join Pip on a journey of self-discovery, inquiry, and transformation both on and off your mat!

This is a unique opportunity to participate in a life-changing programme with other yogis including daily yoga practices, meditations, and online group breakout sessions for inquiry work and support.

So what’s involved?

Yoga, meditation, healthy eating, and personal inquiry.

You’ll create a daily Yoga and meditation practice starting with just 20 minutes of yoga and 5 mins of meditation a day. There will also be journaling and inquiry every week, as well as a chance to take a deeper reflection on your life from where you are right now to what’s next! We’ll look at diet, lifestyle, and where we can create vitality, strength, and opportunity through the transformational process of Yoga.

What do I need to do?

COMMIT 100% to the programme and to yourself. Practice Yoga 6 days per week and meditation daily, show up for the Studio/Zoom (Livestream) inquiry meetings once a week and be open to listening and contributing, keep a journal of your insights along the way. They will be available to access as recordings, but you’ll get more out of the sessions live.

What do I need to know?

You will be able to attend the regular schedule of Power Yoga classes throughout the week, either in person or via livestream. Additionally, there will be a weekly Inquiry Session which is best attended in the studio. If you can’t make the live classes or you miss a class you’ll be able to access a recording of each one. You just need to commit to practice 6 days per week – the days you choose are up to you!

There will also be daily meditation practice throughout the programme – just 5 minutes to begin with. You’ll have access to 2 recorded meditations per week to help you. Daily journaling is encouraged throughout your experience, though can be as little as just a few words. There will be weekly themes and guidance. Your journal is a great way to track your insights, challenges, thoughts, and growth. It’s also fun to look back over week by week – you’ll be amazed at how far you’ve come!

How will Pippa’s Yoga support me?

Pip will be doing the programme too! She will be practicing every day and offering you the opportunity to join her live via Zoom 6 days a week and in person for the Tuesday and Saturday Power Classes if you wish. You’ll receive lots of support via the special 40 Days WhatApp group too.
