We offer a variety of yoga classes for all levels. Classes include Power Yoga and Power Basics, Hatha Yoga, Hot Yoga, Pregnancy and Mum & Baby Yoga, Yoga for Toddlers to Teens. Meditation is also included in most classes.

Classes are held in Sevenoaks, Kent but are also available online via livestream.

Yoga is for the willing…


The good news is you don’t need to be flexible to do yoga. We encourage you to ‘give it a go’, to be open to try new things, let go of what you think you can’t do, and see what happens in the moment. If your mind is flexible, your body will soon follow.


Physically, Power Yoga builds strength, stamina and tone. Mentally, it can challenge your perceptions of what’s possible and encourage new, positive ways of thinking and being. Anything is possible if you’re open to the possibility.


Discovering what your mind and body are capable of when you are focused and open to possibilities – that is the magic of yoga. Yoga has the power to change your life!


First class last week it was excellent!

Very relaxing and a great workout that I could feel I’d done a couple of days later. Energising and calming just booked a block of 5 I was very impressed!!

Pippa's pregnancy yoga classes are fantastic for helping you prepare for birth.

I found them both calming and energising. A great way to connect with your baby, body and mind.

Just had my first class with Pippa and loved it.

It is EXACTLY what I need – feel like I’m walking on a cloud now!  After just 1 class I feel so calm, relaxed and back in control of my thoughts!!
