Master the basics of Flow Yoga (Vinyasa)
A must for all Yogis from beginners to regulars. Build your practice on firm foundations.
Learn the foundations of Flow Yoga (Vinyasa) in this informative, insightful, and fun workshop. If you are new to yoga, this workshop is a must and gives you the skills and confidence to really enjoy regular classes. If you are a yogi with a regular or occasional practice, it is a great opportunity to refresh your practice and gain new tools.
Expect to breathe, move and have lots of ah-hah moments!
OBJECTIVES
– Learn how to build physical asana practice literally from the ground up, establishing a strong foundation for your yoga practice for years to come.
– Learn about alignment and actions in key poses in a way that enables powerful and injury-free practice
– Put into practice new ways of approaching poses and the whole practice
CONTENT HIGHLIGHTS
We cover principles that enhance your yoga experience on and off the mat:
– True North: simple distinctions for safe and effective alignment for everybody, including modifications
– The Five Pillars: from breath to gaze, pillars are the foundation for a strong practice
– The most common poses and how to make them work for you!

Introduction to Acro-Yoga with Master Teacher Eugene Butcher | Come Fly With Me!
Join Eugene and myself for an immersive Acroyoga workshop.with
Acroyoga is a fusion of yoga, acrobatics, and Thai massage. Working with one or more partners these three disciplines are combined into beautiful sequences of inversions, flows, and balances. Learn the fundamentals of this beautiful practice whether you want to fly, base, or both!
Eugene, co-founder of Acroyogadance, has been practicing and teaching Acro for over 11 years both here and world wide. This is an incredible opportunity to experience and learn Acro from a master teacher.

Suitable for all women from those who’ve had a baby to those who have had pelvic floor surgery or those who want to regain connection and confidence with their core and pelvic floor.
You can expect:
- An overview of the pelvic floor, abdominals, and back and how these areas are all interlinked.
- How to identify what YOUR body needs.
- Learn a sequence of core restore yoga postures that you can take away and use safely at home.
- Explore the use of breath and the mind-body connection to strengthening, recovery, and self-care.
- How to modify for specific needs (diastasis recti, caesarean, back, pelvic floor issues).
The group will be small, allowing time for individual support and guidance where needed.

OVERVIEW
Want to challenge yourself to see things from a different perspective? What better way to change your view than by getting upside down in a headstand! Headstand, known as the King of Asanas restores balance within the body, moving us from the fear of the unknown toward finding inner stability from a new viewpoint. It is believed that if you master the headstand, you master space and time!
OBJECTIVES
Exploring different techniques and ways to access a headstand and how to hold your own.
Moving from fear to love of handstands in just 2 hours!

Learning the foundations and alignment for safe headstands
Opening the shoulders, strengthening the arms, and activating the core for stability
Join Pip on a journey of self-discovery to find your headstand with ease, lightness, and joy.
Delving into the ancient Chinese philosophy of Yin and incorporating powerful Yang elements to awaken vitality this fun 2 hour class will create balance within.
Virginie and Pip are both 500 hour Yoga Teachers with qualifications in Power Vinyasa and Yin Yoga styles.
Pip is also a qualified pre and postnatal Yoga teacher and can offer modifications for those who are pregnant or have recently had a baby. Suitable for all levels.
