ABOUT PIPPA

I first started practicing yoga over 11 years ago, exploring many different styles (Kundalini, Hatha and Bikram) before eventually discovering Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga in 2012. I knew instantly that this was what I had been missing from my own practice, teaching and life. Inspired, I began my Hot Power Yoga teacher training and graduated from Lumi Power Yoga in 2014.

Following my training in the Baptiste style of Yoga, I decided to further my teaching in the United States and became a Certified Baptiste Power Yoga Teacher in 2016.

I believe that yoga should be fun and creates an accessible, supportive space where anything is possible.

I aim to inspire each and every yogi to love their practice and reach their full potential through a journey of connection and self-discovery both on and off the mat.

Classes

I offer a variety of yoga classes for all levels. Classes include Power Yoga and Power Basics, Hatha Yoga, Hot Yoga, Pregnancy and Post Natal Mum & Baby Yoga, Yoga for Toddlers to Teens as well as Meditation classes.

Classes are held in Sevenoaks, Maidstone and London.

8.35 – 8.55 am Meditation 

9 – 10.15 am Power Yoga (all levels) (Yoga in the Park June/July)

No Sunday Classes at present.

12.30 – 1.30 pm Mum & Baby Yoga (6 weeks – 6 months)

London – Lumi Yoga

4.30 – 5.30 pm Hot power Yoga (drop-in) 

6.30 – 7.30 pm Hot Power Yoga (drop-in)

9 – 9.30 am Toddler Yoga (Squiggles Childcare, for Nursery children only)

9.30 – 10 am Toddler Yoga (Squiggles Childcare, for Nursery children only)

1.30 – 2.30 pm Mum and Baby Yoga (6weeks – 6 months).

7 – 8 pm Pregnancy Yoga (suitable from 12 weeks to birth). 

8.15 – 9.30 pm Hatha Yoga (suitable for all levels)

First class last week it was excellent!

Pippa's pregnancy yoga classes are fantastic for helping you prepare for birth.

Yoga is not for the flexible, it’s for the willing

Flexibility

The good news is you don’t need to be flexible to do yoga. I encourage you to ‘give it a go’, to be open to try new things, let go of what you think you can’t do and see what happens in the moment. If your mind is flexible, your body will soon follow.

Strength

Physically Power Yoga builds strength, stamina and tone. Mentally, it can challenge your perceptions of what’s possible and encourage new, positive ways of thinking and being. Anything is possible if you’re open to the possibility.

Connection

Discovering what your mind and body are capable of when you are focused and open to possibilities – that is the magic of yoga. Yoga has the power to change your life!
